The staff is good and location is good.

1. The room size is very small, the room offered was a double bed but it is not even good for single stay. 2. The overall cleaniness is poor. 3.The items in the room are not in order. 4. Although written as HOTEL APPARTMENT but the basic things like tea pot etc. was missing.

far from anything,better have your own car,no taxi around. noise coming from outside till the rooms

some reception staffs are not polite. towels are dirty with some stains on it. those who are incharge in cleaning the rooms just go and open the room without knocking not knowing someone is there. when room boys are cleaning other rooms they are very noisy in the hall way food selection is very poor. no internet connection in the rooms.

The hotel was clean and the management was responsive and provided immediate service upon arrival. Room service was available if desired. Internet was only available in the lobby area but it was free.

The hotel kept my Diplomatic Passport citing that they were mandated to do this and cannot return it until I checked out. This was erroneous information since I travel to Dubai extensively and no other establishments kept the passport; particularly a diplomatic one. Secondly, there was no curtains to the shower which caused water to spread all over the bathroom. The shower only spewed out cold water. The bedsheet contained human hair, local calls to cellular phones had a charge, there was no water offered, or ice machine available. The hotel was located in a secluded location without access to metro or bus service. Therefore, the taxi had a very difficult time locating the facility. This came to an expense of 122dirham for the taxi ride from the airport. Although I had asked Booked.net to place me in a non-smoking room, the hotel assigned me to a room filled with the odor of cigarette. The Manager sent someone to spray the room but that did not help since the smoke permeated the curtains, bedding, and the hotel. It was my understanding that breakfast came with the price but the manager stated this was not the case. The totality of all this is that this hotel should be rated no higher than a 1 star.
